For God So Loved The World

Feel free to have a look around our Bible Study page. We at Reddish Christian Fellowship hold scripture in high regard and study it diligently, for it is the living Word of God. It is crucial to our spiritual growth. Through it, we endeavour to come to a deeper knowledge of our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Gospel of Salvation

In Gal. 3:17 we read that “...The law, introduced 430 years later, does not set aside the covenant previously established by God and thus do away with the promise”. This was God’s promise to Abram that through him “all peoples on earth will be blessed” (Gen. 12:3). Gal. 3:19 points out that it is the Seed (in the singular) – Jesus Christ – through whom this blessing would be realised. In effect, this blessing is the gospel of salvation. Come with us as we explore what the New Testament has to say regarding the gospel of salvation:

The Fear of The Lord

How do we understand the term ‘fear of the Lord’? In the following short study we will: establish a biblical definition of the term, discover what ‘fear of the Lord’ leads to and why this ‘fear’ is important to acquire, show how this ‘fear’ is manifested in our lives, and finally explain how we can acquire ‘the fear of the Lord’.

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ

According to 1 Cor. 15:14 “[And] if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so if your faith.” In the following study we will examine the Scriptural evidence for the resurrection, the post-resurrection appearance of Christ, the significance of the resurrection, and conclude with some important points of application.
